[antlr-interest] Exception Handler v3b6

working correctly this morning.

I received the following error when I tried to use my own exception handler:

unexpected token: catch

I also received the same error if I compiled the Exc.g on page 251 from the
antlr beta book.

Is this feature not yet working in v3?
