[antlr-interest] Problematic links

I bought the ANTLR PDF, but the sample code, such as

http://media.pragprog.com/titles/tpantlr/code/tour/eval/Expr.g

has no line breaks. Who can fix this problem, or are the line breaks merely
hidden and I need a special technique to see them?

Also, I found links to two versions of an ANTLR v2 => v3 converter including


http://www.antlr.org/v2v3-0.2.tar.gz

but both links are broken.

I think the best way to understand the syntax changes in v3 would be to see
a grammar in v2 and v3 side-by-side, can someone suggest a pair to look at?
