[antlr-interest] c# runtime no strong name

I cannot use the Antlr runtime in my project because it does not have
a strong name.  Can I download the source for this project and rebuild
the assembly myself?  Can the owner of this package add a strong name?

"Assembly generation failed -- Referenced assembly 'Antlr3.Runtime'
does not have a strong name"
