[antlr-interest] Wrong tokenization of input from file

Hi, i`m sending the same input to my parser from ANTLRworks using debugger->debug->text or debugger->debug->file. When the input comes from file it doesn`t tokenize correctly and  the token stream becomes a mess but when i just copy text from file into the text window of the debugger everything works correctly (with unix lineendings). This also happens with C.g from the examples. Is there a solution to this problem?
