[antlr-interest] question about ".st" in Mantra grammar

- the expr rule in templates/generator/2pass/Gen.g (page 215 of my book)
- Table 6.2 (Predefined parser rule attributes)
- Table 6.4 (Predefined attributes for tree grammar rules)
