[antlr-interest] License clarification - ECMAScript grammer, JavaScript.g

Hi all,

I've been asked by a couple of people off-list about the license terms for
my ECMAScript grammar, JavaScript.g. This message is simply to state that
the grammar may be used under the same BSD license terms as ANTLR itself,
shown below. Any future updates to the grammar will explicitly state the
license terms.
