[antlr-interest] Different k for lexer and parser

Hello,

I am trying to adapt the CPP grammar for version 3 of ANTLR. The grammar has a k=2 for the parser and k=3 for the lexer.  

Other than splitting the grammar in two files, is there any other way to have a different k for parser and lexer?
