It's not even slightly tricky, and is exactly the same as any 
other mailing list.

If you don't want to go to the website to unsubscribe, you can 
just click on the link in the List-Unsubscribe header that's 
attached to every single email in the list.  Or in the email you 
were sent when you first subscribed to the list.
