[antlr-interest] Java to C source converter

Hi, 

I am new to anltr. I wanted to convert Java source code to C source using 
antlr. I downloaded the java and java tree grammar from the antlr.org. How 
do I proceed from here. What should be the approach in order to print 
equivalent C code for the Java Code? 

I have read about AST to AST transformation being cumbersome. Is there any 
alternate way to convert Java code to C code?
