[antlr-interest] first and follow and lookahead

Would someone direct me on how to extract the first and follow set from
a grammar.  I would like to extract this information purely for my
benefit and education.

Also, is there a way that ANTLR can tell me how far it has to look ahead
in the grammar to properly parse.
