[antlr-interest] Custom TreeAdaptor Examples

Hi,

This is a followup to my previous question about imaginary nodes.  I'm
pretty sure I see how custom TreeAdaptors can be used to mark imaginary
nodes.  The only thing left to figure out is how to plug my adaptor into the
Parser I'm creating to read the input file.  I've found some stuff on the
web, but nothing that really provides the code for the entire example.  The
most helpful thing I've found is this:

still leaves me a bit confused.  For example, what type is HtmlDoc?  Any
help is greatly appreciated.
