[antlr-interest] JavaScript grammar

All,

Oh dear. I'm afraid I mucked up - sorry! I had Greg's original grammar,
ECMAScript.g, open alongside the script I wrote, JavaScript.g. In my
original message I attached the wrong one.

Anyhow, here's the right one. Terence, an incorrect entry has appeared on
your grammar list page. Can it please be updated.
