[antlr-interest] PyStringTemplate 3.2b1 released

Hi Ho!

I just finished fixing the most obvious stuff for PyST and will
hopefully be able to declare it final soon.
Most significant change (beyond the changes that I cloned from the
Java version) is that PyST should now work much better with unicode.

Download it directly from the repository (and soon from www.stringtemplate.org):

Ter is already working on 3.3, so get it before it gets obsolete ;)
