[antlr-interest] Eclipse plugins

Jim:

Need to be a bit cautious with dedicated Eclipse platforms. Some
modify platform internals, leading to unexpected incompatibilities
with third-party plugins.

Rather than trying to add plugins directly to RAA, you could run
AntlrWorks or a second, current version of Eclipse as an external
Antlr grammar editor. Just enable the the workspace auto-refresh
preference to make external filesystem modifications immediately
visible in the RAA workspace.

FWIW, AntlrDT is currently closed source but use is free -- no
procurement required. The current version does require Eclipse 3.4.

Best,
Gerald
