http://www.antlr.org/share/list has bison to ANTLR converter. I guess this
should work fine for YACC grammars.

Subject: [antlr-interest] bison/yacc to antlr; antlr pretty printer.

I have a yacc grammar that I want to convert to Antlr. I saw a reference 
from Loring Craymer posted in 2006, suggesting there was a Bison to  
antlr converter at the antlr.org site. Can someone point me in the right 
direction? This would give me a starting point for the language I'm 
trying to parse  - I can than hand modify!
