[antlr-interest] caseSensitive = false in C taget ??

There is no such option in ANTLR 3.

If you want to use ANTLR 3 target, then read the documentation and also the article on case insensitive parsing (which is in the Wiki), which tells you how to do this. You may wish to read up on ANTLR 3 before starting though.
