[antlr-interest] php conversion tools?

Hi all,

Does anyone here know of any pre-existing tools that will parse PHP
and convert it (at least superficially) to another language/syntax?

This seems an ideal task for ANTLR+StringTemplate, but I don't want to
start wasting effort reinventing something I'm sure must have already
been done

I've tried searching, but the results I've been getting are all
unhelpful, so I'm hoping somebody might know of something and be able
to point me in the right direction?
