[antlr-interest] StringTemplate for copying code from lexer rule to output code

You will have to look through the lists markmail.org to see how to display all the parameters and so on that are coming in to the templates.

But start by looking at the template 'lexerRule' in my C.stg - that should allow you to descend then templates and find out what is missing.
