[antlr-interest] enums in v4 ANTLR Java code generation considered useless

hi guys. thanks for all the feedback.  I'm going to try both again and  
see how they look.

The v4 output so far is just so freakin clean. exactly what you'd do  
by hand.  i have an output model than can be optimized etc... before  
going to ST.
