[antlr-interest] COMPLETE C GRAMMAR REQ

Just start with the one that is in the ANTLR donated grammars, enhance it to
cover the gcc stuff etc that you are missing, then donate the grammar back.
You will get kudos for that, whereas right now it looks like you are asking
us to help with your homework to be honest.
