[antlr-interest] Better Ruby target ?

I have not heard of it myself, but not being much of a Ruby fan, that does
not mean anything. It is better that the target is in ANTLR perforce and is
therefore released with the main product, but of course we cannot make
anyone do that (but perhaps the target template already is).
