[antlr-interest] Follow-up observation

Not sure how to reference my previous post, but I have a simple 
suggestion.  I could achieve what i want (appending strings to 
ANTLRFileStream) by extending the ANTLRFileStream, but you can't 
extend the version currently in the jar file because it doesn't have 
a default constructor(public ANTLRFileStream(){...};
