[antlr-interest] (Repost) C-Runtime: Getting started

Visual Studio 2010 requires a plugin to deal with the C target as it is no
longer driven by simple rules. You should have been given an error on the
conversion telling you this. You will need to use VS2008. I am hoping to
look in to a plugin in due course.
