[antlr-interest] ISO SQL 2003 Grammar

Hi all.
I'm also playing with SQL2003 grammar posted on your site. So as
mentioned previously sqlParser has some antlr building problems. I
figure out that this problems depends of antrl version. So with the
antlr-3.4 code-generation fails with stack-overflow exception, it seems
to fall into infinite loop. So with the antlr-3.3 version the
code-generation is successful, but the generated parser has some errors
of swith statement
