[stringtemplate-interest] added new doc sections

Before the re-org, it was possible to print the whole manual as a PDF
document from the page itself. That was a *very* useful feature. Can I still
do that with the re-org'ed version (I've tried but, I can't get the whole ST
manual to print)?

The wiki is overdue a structural re-org to better support multiple versions
of ST simultaneously. Once 2.3 goes out, it would be nice to have the
version-specific documentation for 2.2 still available along with the new
2.3 documentation. Same for release notes, changelists etc.
