Actually I can't see a way to do that.  It's pretty easy to build one  
though I would imagine from multiple PDF files... the doc does not  
change that often.

I don't like working with very large files. I do like organizing  
things, but I guess we could use anchors/labels within a single  
page.  I just like multiple files because there's less chance that by  
messing up one file I mess up the entire page.  Further, it's easier  
for multiple people to work on the documentation and add comments if  
there are multiple files.  Also the comments are easier to do when  
they are for a specific page, subsection of the documentation.

Ok, this documentation is a lot of work.  There have been many  
enhancements!

  I am now thinking 3.0 makes more sense because it is a much bigger  
change from 2.2 to 2.3 than from 1.x to 2.0. ;)   anybody have an  
objection?
