[stringtemplate-interest] [antlr-interest] Release of StringTemplate 4.0

String template is already in Maven central - we are just debating what to
do with 4.0 here as it is not yet in there.

However, I cannot lose Maven support as I must have 50 customers who I
have made reliant on it. As I don't want to be nailed to a cross, I will
build a deployment script instead of a maven build for the components,
other than the ANTLR plugin itself.
