[stringtemplate-interest] Access to ST 4.0.2 binaries

Hi. IBumped up the version number to 4.0.2 and now you should see it at the website depot:

http://stringtemplate.org/depot/ST4/java/main/dist

Hmm.  where is the damn tarball? ah. build error. fixed. you should see the stuff up there now.
