[stringtemplate-interest] request: st4 INSTALL file

String template is build via Maven these days, but ST4 may not have been
set up for this yet.

Ter: Do you want me to do that if you have not already done it? You can
just copy the pom.xml file for st3 and adjust as necessary in all
probability if you want to have a crack at it yourself.
