[stringtemplate-interest] [ST4 Beta 4] GroupParser.java not included in source zip

The Beta 2 sources zip

http://www.stringtemplate.org/download/ST-4.0b2-src.zip

does not include the GroupParser.java and other generated files. 

I suggest also to add the generated sources into the zip file. People using the zipped sources most likely don't want to generate/build the ST4 stuff by themself but just use the pre-build jar and the source zip (if necessary, e.g. for debugging).
