[stringtemplate-interest] [ST4-Beta4] Extra 'dump' statement in CodeGenerator

CodeGenerator.subtemplate() contains a 

	sub.dump();

statement (outside of an STGroup.debug block). 

I assume this should not be included in the final release as this generates output to the console whenever a subtemplate is compiled.
