Hi Paul,
 
antlr.runtime.dll is part of ANTLR 2.7.x. Grab ANTLR 2.7.x to get the
sources.
 
StringTemplate.dll is part of StringTemplate for .NET (ST#) 2.3.x or later.
Grab ST# to get the sources.
 
Supplying [useful] API docs is a work in progress for Antlr3.Runtime.dll.

The c# classes have changed from earlier versions. I have to sort of 
reverse engineer this thing as I go along, and use the java docs as a guide.
Probably a stupid question but where is the source code for
 
antlr-3.0b5\lib\csharp\bin\net-1.1\antlr.runtime.dll,
Antlr3.Runtime.dll, and StringTemplate.dll?
