[antlr-interest] Building Objective C Runtime and Xcode Plugin

How do you build the Runtime framework for Objective C?
The file ANTLRLexer.m refers to several undefined identifiers, causing  
compilations to fail.
Also, there are many warnings for the other files in the project.
	Also the .pbxproj file inside the .xcodeproj is readonly, causing a  
warning when the project is closed.
Another point: The classes need to implement the finalize method, to  
properly clean up under Garbage Collection.
