Administrivia: Is it possible to fix your mail program to do the quoting
correctly?  Currently, I have to go through and fix the quoting of your
posts so that my replies will correctly quote.  Thanks!

As Monty noted, CIL isn't geared towards a "flat"/"equal" source-to-source
translation.  CIL is more geared towards more of a one-way, source to
annotated & augmented source.

One way to look at the difference is whether or not people are going to
have to eventually, manually maintain the generated, output source code or
not.
