old PCCTS C++ grammar/frontend to work with ANTLR:

I was wondering if you would consider releasing this ANTLR C++ 
grammar/frontend in it's current state -- whatever that state might 
be. 

Having interested volunteers in the community here working on it in 
tandem would help all parties as any lingering issues will be 
resolved quicker.
