BSD is well tested, lots of companies redistribute BSD derived binaries.

I would also say it would be the easiest to get approval through corporate
legal teams, and thus gets my vote, with my company hat on.

Once you mention (L)GPL it makes it more difficult, and even offputting for
commercial use, but I do think they have a certain value.

As for ANTLR 3 being generated by ANTLR, I'm my opinion this is a good sign
of the maturity of this type of product.
