No. It is possible to hack around stuff (but that's compiler independent)
in the current antlr versions (see the previously posted patch for 2.7.1)
but there's no guarantees it will work 100%. I want to rewrite the whole
support lib for mainly getting rid of the reference counter but can take
along unicode (or wchar/wstring/anystring support) while rewriting (I'd be
crazy if I didn't)
