[antlr-interest] would anybody object to a 2.7.4 version?

Howdy,

Ric has made some useful changes (for example, in the build process for 
C++) that really should be fixed.  I feel that the changes (some in the 
string unquoting) in functionality warrant a new version.  Would 
anybody object to a quick antlr-2.7.4rc1 release candidate 1 and then a 
full 2.7.4 version that fixed these problems?
