[antlr-interest] is cantler.exe really standalone?

Hi Mark,

it's a binary that only works with cygwin. I'm sorry if this wasn't
clear from the start. Maybe Terrence should add a comment about that.
I have also noticed that it is quite picky about the particular
version of cygwin that's installed. My suggestion would be to compile
it from the source, following the instructions that I provided in a
separate article.
