[antlr-interest] C# templates

Hi guys,

I am so desperate, I am going to write myself a hardcoded routine for
converting the java code generated by antlr to C# based on the existing
antlr assemblies for .NET 2.0.
My work would have been more easy if there would have been a "complete"
concordance between the java and c# counterpart: casing is different, member
fields are sometimes different, methods also.
I am surprised by the lack of respect showed by this community to C#
compatibility...
