http://silverlight.net/GetStarted/overview.aspx says Silverlight doesn't 
support generics until "1.1 Alpha September Refresh", but I really don't 
think any projects so conservative they're still using .NET 1.1 would 
consider building on Silverlight 1.0... If nobody has a counter-example, I'd 
say drop .NET 1.1 support.
