At organization like Apache and Codehaus we synchronize to the repo.  
So that makes it really easy. (see http://maven.apache.org/guides/mini/guide-central-repository-upload.html)

For now I could just submit the jira's (I need them in there rather  
soonish) ...but it would be better if an antlr project member would do  
it.

Please just let me know.
