[antlr-interest] StringTemplate for copying code from lexer rule to output code

Alan,

Objective C has not been maintained for a long time - are you sure it is good enough for you to use? The reason it is missing from the output could be any number of reasons I am afraid :-( But start from the template that produces the rule itself and descend the hierarchy.
