[antlr-interest] antlr translation doubts

Is there any way to represent complement of a grammar in wiritn  a rule.
for example i write a grammar in which i wrote a rule to catch all the
function declerations, i shld also write a rule tht catches all lines in the
prog other thn function declartions, is itht possible
