[antlr-interest] Composite grammars and ANTLRWorks

The development of ANTLRWorks for composite grammars was never quite
finished I think, so you will probably have a few problems. Personally, once
I get to that point, I just use the remote debugger, which seems to work, or
just the native target language debugger which is almost as good because the
code is straight forward. Best to to debug in ANTLR works with smaller
examples of everything.
