Hi Douglas,
I don't have a final answer regarding #1 and #3 for you at this time.
I would love for #2 to happen (or to make ANTLRWorks an extension to the standard NetBeans environment), but NetBeans itself doesn't support a number of ANTLRWorks' features. ANTLRWorks 2 currently has 14 patches against the NetBeans 7.2 development source to address a number of issues and implement the necessary supporting features, and unfortunately these patches won't work as plugins.
Sam

Subject: Re: [antlr-interest] ANTLRWorks2
I have a few questions about how ANLTRWorks2 projects will work.
1) The Open Project and New Project functionality is currently unimplemented.
Will there be an ANLTRWorks2 project folder similar to a Netbeans Project folder?
2) Will ANTLRWorks2 be able to install Netbeans Plugins
I.e. Java, JavaScript, C/C++, PHP, Ruby, etc. compilers;
CVS, SVN, Clearcase, etc. source management.
3) After successfully building a grammar, will ANTLRWorks2 be able to open a Netbeans project for the generated code?
Or alternatively will ANTLRWorks2 be able to launch Netbeans with a project for the generated code?
