[antlr-interest] new C++ grammar!

Folks,

Thanks to the guidance and hard work of David Wigg at South Bank 
University in the UK, we have a C++ grammar for ANTLR 2.7.1 (2.7.2 
liked the grammar too, but I didn't try to c++ compile) derived from 
PCCTS grammar I helped with at NeXT in mid 1990's.

Wow, so a few grammars had been backed up in my queue to release: CIM, 
Pascal, Ada, and CPP.  Quite a day, eh?
